Now this is education

Nothing like this on the tv these days…

Oh my arms…

I have been working on tweaking out the workflow to get Poser figures into Maya and MotionBuilder, and while I am close, I am finding things that just make me pull my hair out.

It’s a good learning process, though, however maddening it is at times.

And I am very impressed with how fast the new machine renders in Maya!
Super fast, super goodness.

Now, if I can just fix these arms…

I can’t believe I missed the premiere of BSG last week!!

Thankfully, Sci-Fi has episodes online

My latest time sink

As if playing WoW wasn’t bad enough, I can now play Half Life 2 and Battlefield 2 on the new PC.

My last pc was never up to speed as far as the most current games went. I think it became dated in 2006, and it definitely couldnt handle any of the latest shader stuff.

The rig I got from Cybertron was from their gaming section. I have found that any machine that can run the latest games on the market, can do anything else you want it to do as well.

I am going to have to look into some kind of lifehack like GTD or something to order all my projects for the next couple of months.

There is always a way…

Whew, what a month

I have been so busy it’s not funny.

But on the plus side, I did get my new PC in, and it looks and runs fantastic! If we can remember waay back to this post I included a pic of the Cybertron X-Cruiser.

I have also updated my reading list with 10 new books. I know, it’s alot.
I will put a list of my library up later on, as well as some reviews.

And for those of you waiting on comissions or special work, I apologize.
With the old machine dying, I was really hesitant to get started on some projects, not knowing when the machine would lay down.
I will get everything out this week.
